Why You Might Not See Your Project

Don’t worry—it usually comes down to access or filters. Common reasons include:

  • The project hasn’t been assigned to you yet.

  • You’re looking in the wrong status filter (e.g., only “Active” vs. “All Projects”).

  • The project was archived or closed.

  • Your permissions don’t allow you to view it.


Steps to Troubleshoot

  1. Check Your Filters

    • Go to the Projects section.

    • Look at the filter options, check if no filter is been applied on projects list.

    • make sure nothing is hidden.

  2. Search by Project Name

    • Use the search bar at the top of the Projects page.

    • Type part of the project name.

  3. Confirm Your Assignment

    • Open the project list → if you don’t see it, you may not be assigned.

    • Raise a ticket to your Project Manager to confirm your role.

  4. Check Project Status

    • Some projects are finished or cancelled once finished.

    • Raise a ticket to your Project Manager if the project is still active or not.
