What Are Personal To-Dos?

Unlike project tasks (which are linked to a team or project), Personal To-Dos are private reminders for you.

  • They don’t belong to a project.

  • Only you can see them.

  • Great for jotting down daily reminders, follow-ups, or small tasks.


How to Create a To-Do

  1. From the Navbar / Dashboard, click on To-Do.

  2. Click + Add New To-Do.

  3. Fill in the description

  4. Save → your To-Do appears in your list.


Managing Your To-Dos

  • Mark as Complete → check off items when done.

  • Edit/Delete → update or remove items anytime.


Best Practices

  • Use To-Dos for personal reminders (not team tasks).

  • Keep them short and action-oriented.

  • Check your list at the start and end of each day.

  • Clear completed To-Dos weekly for a fresh view.
