Best Practices
-
Always keep your task status updated—it saves endless “What’s the status?” questions.
-
Use Awaiting Feedback instead of leaving tasks “In Progress” when waiting on others.
-
Only mark tasks as Complete once testing/review is finished.
- Tasks which are showing red vertical line (|) in starting of the row are the tasks which are getting delayed on estimated timeline. so make sure to complete tasks before this appears.
